Location:

     I am currently located in Huntington, West Virginia. Most work is done on-location. However, if you do want some studio shots, we can and will provide a make-shift studio with professional lighting upon request.

Although I live in Huntington, I am more than willing to travel, as long as expenses are covered. A destination-location is considered anything that is more than 50 miles outside of the Huntington city limits. I require $15 for every 50 miles traveled and respectable sleeping accommodations may be required depending the time and location of the event.

Turn-Around:

     Since this is not my career, I have another job and a full-time student. My turn around time for the final images is, at the most and no later, four weeks from the date of the event. This allows for busy ol' me to get crackin' on your photos to give you the best product imaginable. If you rush me, you rush your product. If you rush the product, you will not be satisfied. ;)

The Final Product:

     You, as the client, will receive a disc that contains three files. A final folder, a web folder and a PDF.

- The final folder is a folder choc-full o' beautiful, finished images that you may print (see the PDF info below). 

- The web folder is a folder that contains smaller, yet still beautiful, watermarked images. These files allow you, as the client, to upload them to your website, facebook, google+, etc. This way, the files are smaller, upload quicker, and contain my logo, allowing me some advertisement. ;)

- The PDF is a document that gives you limited permission (not copyrights!) to print the images for personal use. The document is important to, not only read, but abide by what the document states. In most cases, printing vendors will request a permission form from the artist before they will even consider printing. All you have to do is flash this bad baby and you're good to go.

     If you would prefer to print through my printing services, we can discuss the package deals that I provide. I would be more than happy to travel this avenue, as I'm positive that my printing services will give a much better quality than Wal-Mart or CVS. I promise.

Deposit:

     A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the final cost is due before before the signing of a contract. I cannot write your name down on the calendar for that event, nor can I consider you as a client until a deposit is made. The remainder of the payment is due before the event occurs.

Time Coverage:

     Unless special arrangements have been made, I will arrive 30 minutes prior to the bride putting on her dress and until the minute the bride and groom are driving away and out of eye-sight.
